Policies
Class/Camp Confirmation
Once you register and pay, you will receive a payment receipt and confirmation email containing information on what kids should bring and wear, etcetera (this information can also be found below).
Camp Attendance
Camp activities build on each other during the week, so missing a day can make it harder for kids to stay fully involved. If your child misses a day, we’ll do our best to help them catch up or offer an alternative process or project.
Cancellations & Refunds
For an Individual Class or Camp Day:
We don’t offer refunds for missed days of classes or camps, but we’re happy to apply a credit toward a future class for each missed day. Please notify us about the absence as soon as possible, preferably before the class/camp start time.
If the instructor needs to cancel due to illness or inclement weather, we will notify you by email and text and apply a credit toward a future class.
For a Full-Week Camp:
You may receive a full refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least one week before camp begins. For last-minute illness or emergency, we’ll offer credit toward another camp.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Please drop off your child no more than 10 minutes before class or camp starts, and plan to pick them up promptly afterwards. For safety, we will only release children to the authorized adults listed on your registration form.
Extended Care after Camps & Classes
The camp and class registration forms include an option to extend care until 6:00 PM.
Extended Care for Camps:
Extended care for summer and school-break camps runs 3:00-6:00 PM and costs $120 per child, per week.
The cost includes an allergen-free snack and supervised free time. Examples of free-time activities include corn-hole, croquet, magnetic darts, ping-pong, air hockey, board games, or a kids’ movie.
Extended Care for After-School Classes:
Extended care for Wednesday early-release day classes runs 4:00-6:00 PM. The cost depends on the number of Wednesdays per month or school term (depending on whether you’re booking by the month or by the term). For months with 3-5 classes, extended care ranges from $48-80 per child per month. The fall 2025 term (14 sessions) costs $224 per child.
The cost includes an allergen-free snack, 30 minutes of homework time (if your child has any homework), and supervised free time. Examples of free-time activities include magnetic darts, ping-pong, air hockey, board games, a kids’ movie, or (weather permitting) outdoor activities like corn-hole and croquet.
